Sound Journey with David Choy

Vishuddha Chakra is the energy centre of communication;
how we relate and interact with each other and our environment;
how we listen, how we speak.

During this session, we will explore:
Expression: relationship with voice through humming, chanting, and body awareness practices
Reception: sound bath, open awareness of sounds (gong, chimes, harmonium, mantra)

We will approach through a Bhakti lens, one of sacred intention and devotion to deepening relationship with authentic self.
Communication is much more than what we say or don't say.. It is connection to Self, and ripples out to connection with others.
