Feasts of Coquitlam: Indian Cooking Demonstration

For our final installment in our Feasts of Coquitlam series, please join us at Mackin House for an Indian cooking demonstration and meal!

Professional chef Rajeev Arora will be demonstrating a selection of dishes that connect to his Indian heritage and upbringing. Guests will be able to learn about the culture behind the cuisine and enjoy a family-style meal together in our heritage house dining room.

Menu:
Pani Puri (popular streetfood dish containing potatoes, onions, and spiced mint-water)
Butter Chicken (chicken curry with tomato and cream sauce base)
Blueberry Halwa (dessert made with semolina flour, saffron, ghee, dried fruit, and nuts)

Saturday, August 23rd - 11 AM - 2 PM
