Winter Wellness Clinic & Indoor Trainer Demo

Learn about the exciting options for riding indoors during the frigid winter months. We'll cover Wahoo smart trainers and the Zwift cycling service. We'll explain how every rider, from the casual looking to keep fit to the professional training year round, can benefit from an indoor trainer.

Plus! Kelly Bailey, certified personal trainer and holistic nutrition coach, will speak about the importance of nutrition for active adults looking to achieve a balance of optimal health and indulging in the holidays. She'll be making some awesome and healthy smoothies.

And! Peak Family Chiropractic will be on hand to do some basic body assessments. They will talk about simple exercises to keep you loose and limber during the less active winter months.
