We begin with a guided meditation to connect in unconditional love, helping your body to gently relax and surrender. You're then immersed in the healing sounds of crystal singing bowls, Koshi chimes, ocean drum, rain maker, seed shakers, and a Chinese wind gong. 🌊🎶

💙 A journey of energy reset and emotional calm.
