Looking for a safe space to get your head down and write?
Welcome to the Writing Group!
Whether you write poetry, fiction, non-fiction, essays or just want to try something new, join us on Wednesday 17th at 17.00 for the second meeting of the Writing Group.
You'll be in a focused space to give yourself time to write, whether you want to discuss your writing, get inspired by a prompt, or just put your headphones on and put words to a page –it's entirely up to you.
Schedule
17.00: Arrive, find a place to sit and settle in.
17.05-17.10: Hope introduced themselves, the guidelines, the prompt. No mandatory icebreakers.
17.15-18.30: Writing. Thinking. Writing. Chat if you like, put headphones on if you like.
18.30-18.45: Folks can read out snippets of what they wrote. What came to mind for them.
18.45-19.00pm: Pack up, chat, exchange details, talk about next time. Say goodbye!
