A meditative yoga gathering to honor the Winter Solstice through movement, breath, and stillness.
As the year reaches its darkest day, we’ll gather in candlelight for a meditative 108 Surya Namaskar practice followed by a long savasana.
This practice is not about intensity or achievement, but about rhythm, breath, and presence.Each round becomes a quiet repetition, an offering to light returning.
All levels are welcome. You’re invited to stay with the group, with the breath, and with the shared energy, resting whenever you need, without losing the thread of the practice.

About the Host
Ofir is a yoga teacher trained in the Ashtanga Vinyasa tradition. Her teaching blends alignment, breath, and yoga philosophy, inviting students to meet practice as a space for awareness rather than performance. She sees yoga as part of everyday life, a way to return to balance, connection, and inner light.
