Sunday DEEP is the latest expansion to the Rört schedule and features a senior teacher guiding a 120 minute deep dive into a corner of their field. Taking place on Sundays - the vibe will be chilled and there will be no grand learning ambitions. Much more the focus is on the experience, the journey and the deep dive itself. Breathwork & Your Truth - with Michael Boserup & Mette Sofie:
We will use deep breathwork and breath holds to get out of our heads and connect deeper to our body and soul.
In this session we will go deep with a focus on relaxing the mind and the body. The emphasis of the journey will be on your truth. We will work with the breath to release tension and patterns that hold you back from expressing your authentic self.
It’s all an invitation, so feel free to use the breathwork journey in the most meaningful way for you. We are here to support.
Everyone is welcome and no prior experience is needed.
ABOUT THE TEACHERS
Michael is a business entrepreneur, yoga instructor and trained Wim Hof Method instructor. His facilitation has an emphasis on inner connection and love with a deep respect for altered states of consciousness. @mwbose
Mette Sofie is a psychologist (cand.psych) facilitating mindfulness and nature therapy in KBH kommune. She has been apprenticing with different shamans for 12 years and has a deep connection to nature, healing spirits, and energy.
