What does it really mean to work as a human artist together with nature as an equal creator? How can we listen, learn, and collaborate with nature? And can biodiversity monitoring also be a way of gathering ideas and sounds for your next musical work?
These questions will be explored on an excursion with NEBULAH and Sounds Right.
In 2024, nature was recognized as an official artist on global streaming platforms and has since made music with more than 50 artists worldwide, reaching over 1,300,000 streams.
Join in to discover nature and become part of indie band NEBULAH’s artistic process in this immersive experience with NEBULAH, Basement, and the Museum for the United Nations.
What’s happening?
🍃 Bioblitz: Identify and document species in nature together with other participants.
🍃 Creative experiments: Listen to nature’s sounds and learn how they can be used to create music.
🍃 Musical improvisation: Experience NEBULAH’s trio concert, where the music is shaped by the day’s encounters and impressions.
Note: As a workshop participant, you will afterwards receive FREE access to NEBULAH’s concert at Basement in Copenhagen, Thursday, 25/9 at 20:00.
About the concert
At the concert on 25/9, the audience will experience a unique audiovisual performance, which is the culmination of six months of creative exploration during these nature excursions.

Participants are encouraged to bring their own writing tools and a notebook, as well as a smartphone with the “Arter” app installed.
