The day before CPH Half we keep it easy. Join MRC for a relaxed shakeout run – just a few easy kilometers to get the legs ready and soak up the pre-race vibes. - and a chance of picking up your 🏃✨


📍 Start: Mikkeller & Friends
⏰ Time: 11:00
📏 Distance: Around 6 km – we will run in a chill pace.
🍻 After the run we’ll share a cold beer and talk about the race.

Everyone’s welcome – whether you’re racing on Sunday or just in it for the vibes. We will run from M&F to the expo.
If you already have your bib, there will be a team running back to the bar.
