Hear Ye! Hear Ye! We call upon all users of Ly!
On the 27th of November the board (Kristoffer, Duda and Hedda) wish to gather all users for the yearly check in on how things are going!
This is one of our newer traditions in Ly and we hope and encourage y'all to come and make it a joyful, cosy afternoon where we will look back on the past year and share stories, pictures, experiences and together open up for the year to come - share and build dreams, visions, wishes and needs.
- this is both a tradition bound in a collective gathering before Christmas, to hang out in a more extended setting - but it is actually also to keep our contract with the municipality.
By the end of every year, we are obligated to formulate and send them the following:
1. An evaluation of activities during the year compared to our existing activity plan 2025
2. A new activity plan 2026 based on an estimate of what will happen in the coming year.
We would also use this yearly gathering as a collective check-in on where we are as a community around Ly. Does the collective feel that there is enough activity and motivation to keep Ly going. The alternative is to hand the space back to the municipality and by that make it available to someone else who can use it. This is meant as a way of making every new year in Ly an active choice of commitment based on an energetic yes from within.

The room is closed by spaceholders. If you wanna stay longer you just check in with the spaceholders and take the responsibility of being the spaceholder/person to close the room.
