Engage in a community of students exploring ways to think about and work with the future by building futures literacy.
💡Futures Literacy is the ability to envision the future in different ways, critically assess dominant perceptions of the future, and constructively engage with opportunities and challenges. This is what we practice in our network, Futurists byStudents.
🧭With creative, systemic thinking we foster a hopeful approach to future scenarios that we genuinely wish to live our lives in. Futures Literacy provides input for proactive and targeted efforts towards achieving those scenarios.
🫧Through Futurists byStudents we want to keep a unique learning environment going and create meaningful engagement in the foresight field among fellow students. Here curiosity leads which themes we dive into, critical questions are appreciated and good vibes guaranteed.
📅What, when, where? 📅
At this meeting, we’ll dive into the tool Causal Layered Analysis to map how myths and metaphors in our society shape certain imaginaries of the future — and we’ll experiment with how the future might look when we transform those myths through a shift in values.

Our meeting takes place on the first floor in Studenterhuset, Købmagergade 52 in the room Main Hall on October 18th at 5:30 pm.
The meeting includes a plant based dinner for everyone who marks they are 'going' on this event.
