Kenta Naoi:
In this beginner-friendly floor class, we're going to explore and learn the foundation of flowing on the floor, the proper techniques to move gracefully while protecting the body from injury, and the basics that you'll want building on top of for more advanced moves, and for feeling free to express and get lost.
For more advanced students, I'll provide new ideas and variations to play with.
The goal is to begin your journey in building a rooted connection to the floor and beginning to expand out.
Kenta is originally from the San Francisco/Bay Area and lived in NYC, before landing in Berlin and now in Copenhagen. His journey has taken him through various styles from Breaking to Choreography, House to Microbatics/Contemporary Flow ... and his approach is multifaceted and about connection and longevity.
We feed the soul through dance, we take care of the body through movement.

DJ LoveCatt is a Copenhagen based DJ. She has a beating heart for house music which she delivers with surprising spontaneity, sprinkled with inspirations from disco and funk. DJ LoveCatt delivers a playful and adventurous set looking to both past, present, and future house. She mixes songs that will make you move and songs you have yet to explore.
