We are having a benefit for Travis Castor who is currently undergoing chemo treatment followed by immunotherapy for Stage 3.5 colon cancer. He recently had a large resection of his colon. This treatment begins to take a toll on oneself and those who are close to his heart.
As you may know Travis believes in giving back to his community. Travis has been a volunteer fireman for the last 10 years, giving of his time and of himself to help others in need no matter what time of the day it is.
Travis' family, friends, and local fire department want to show our love by giving back to Travis. Our goal is to raise money to help cover ongoing treatment and medical expenses, time needed from being off work and transportation costs.
Benefit will be held on Saturday, November 8th starting at 11 am at The Drift Inn. Some of the highlights you may want to know are: Serving Jerked Pork Dinner with the works, hamburgers and hot dogs, Chance Raffle, Live Auction, Wine Pull, Liquor Pull, 50/50, Boards for a few big items, bake sale, Cash Bar, DJ, and did I mention LOTS of FUN.
