🌀 8th Chakra Meditation with Zsu
Based on the Source Memory Healing method – an ancient practice once reserved for Eastern monks – this meditation works with the eighth chakra, the energetic center of divine consciousness, compassion, and karmic memory.
During the practice, you’ll enter a state of delta brainwave activity — a conscious deep sleep — allowing deep subconscious blocks to dissolve, enabling connection to your Higher Self and restoring inner harmony.
This technique blends Theta Healing and breathwork, creating a unique portal into healing and awakening.
🎶 Sound Journey with Julcsi
After the meditation, you’ll be held in a nourishing sound bath guided by Julcsi, using instruments like crystal bowls, chimes, shamanic drum, ocean drum, and more.
