Fermentation Workshop

Join The Beet Food System and The Coos Bay Public Library for a Fermentation Workshop!

Community Fridge Coordinator and Graveyard Pop owner, Scott Gregory, will teach fermentation basics, including how to make your own sauerkraut and kombucha.

Attendees will get their own kombucha starter and a jar of sauerkraut!
