Join us on Saturday & Sunday, August 23–24 as we celebrate our 13th Annual Family Farm Day (FFD) that will include open house events at farms from Schoharie, Otsego, and Delaware Counties.
FFD also provides local farms and related businesses with the opportunity to introduce current and new customers to diverse, high-quality products, generate and boost farm sales, build long-term customer bases, and share the ever-evolving farm stories that keep the importance of agriculture in the public dialogue.
Plan your route using our interactive map online at www.familyfarmday.org includes direct links to farm websites, social media, farm GPS locations, travel directions, photos, and further descriptions about the farms and FFD activities offered.
Please note which farms are open on Saturday only and which are open both days!
We encourage you to visit as many farms as your schedule permits between 10am and 4pm and then to dine locally following FFD hours, if not stay for the weekend.
For everyone’s safety, please adhere to Family Farm Day etiquette:
Pets are not allowed on participating farms.
Please remain in designated areas while on farms.
Be sure to bring coolers or insulated grocery bags to take home delicious, local, farm-fresh products purchased throughout the day!
