Community Meeting at the Pierstown Grange

A community meeting will be held on Sunday, September 7 at 3 pm to address questions and concerns about the proposed major subdivision in the Towns of Otsego and Springfield. The Manocherian Subdivision Proposal would involve 1,525 acres of farmland, open space, steep slopes, and wetlands on the west side of Otsego Lake.

Leadership from OCCA, the Otsego Land Trust, the SUNY Oneonta Biological Field Station, and Otsego 2000 will discuss their roles in protecting the Otsego Lake region and how they work together.

The meeting will be held at the Pierstown Grange, 137 Wedderspoon Hollow Road, Cooperstown.
