Forest Bathing Walk & Creative Expression: Changing Seasons
Join us this October for a guided forest bathing walk as we slow down, breathe deeply, and reconnect with the natural world.
Together, we’ll immerse ourselves in the colors, textures, and shifting rhythms of the changing seasons during a gentle 1.5-hour walk through the state park.
After our walk, we’ll gather for 30 minutes of creative expression, a chance to reflect on your experience through journaling, sketching, or a simple nature-inspired craft.
This is your time to honor the transition of seasons and give voice to what you’re carrying forward.
✨ What to Bring
A yoga mat or blanket to sit comfortably on the ground
A journal and pen, or a small craft you’d like to work on (nature-themed encouraged!)
Water, comfortable walking shoes, and weather-appropriate clothing
