5th ANNUAL BREAK THE STIGMA 5K WALK/RUN

💚 IT'S BACK!! 💚

Mark your calendars for our 5th Annual Break the Stigma Fundraising 5k on Sunday, October 5th at 1pm!!

All donations will be going to the Minnesota chapter of the non-profit organization NAMI (National Alliance on Mental Illness) to help raise funds and break the stigma around mental health! (for more info on them go to namimn.org)

The 5k will start at Nutrition Haven in Coon Rapids (off Coon Rapids Blvd between Goodwill and the Dollar Tree) where you will pick up your energy tea and end at The Healthy Boulevard also in Coon Rapids (In Riverdale Commons Area by Five Guys) where you will pick up your protein shake!

We will also be having a fundraising silent auction at The Healthy Boulevard right after the 5k. We are looking for donation baskets/sponsors so reach out if you can participate in donations!
