Try Trails - Session 1 - Coombabah

Launching the 'Try Trails' Training Series with a very gentle off-road run experience in the picturesque Coombabah Lakelands.
We will have three routes:
Short Run/Hike - 5.4km:

Extra k's available if you want to meet at 5.30am
Each group will have a designated leader - but where possible we will have 1-2 pace groups within each loop (anyone keen to lead a pace group can reach out to me).
Please share with friends, gyms, run groups and anyone you feel might be interested. No experience is necessary and sessions are FREE but we ask you to register so we can cater for your presence!
