Heart of Cool Training run!

Come join us for a 6.5 mile trail run to get a little taste of the Heart of Cool course! Whether your training for the race or not, we would love to have you join us! The route is posted ahead of time so you can follow along. Please note this is an unmarked course and it is your responsibility to know the route and keep an eye on where you are going- Buddy system is always best!! It's going to be a great morning out there!

Stick to the route, run your pace & we will have water and refreshments at the finish for you! Hope to see you there!
