Today, although we are still facing problems with inventory the interest rates seem to be rising on almost a daily basis which has in many cases negatively impacted those qualified buyers' ability to find “affordable” homes. You really have to be at the top of your game and think “outside the box” to keep your business moving full steam ahead! Could it be that we are overthinking things in some cases?
