Seminar with Aaron Cass

Join for an afternoon of Aikido with Aaron Cass from Portsmouth Aikido.

Aaron Cass first found Aikido at age 17. He is the chief instructor of Portsmouth Aikido and has been training Aikido since 1995. He has studied with master instructors at home and abroad, including three years in Japan. He currently holds the rank of 5th degree black belt.
