Monday Yoga @ The Studio Downtown

Need a break, or are ready to make some positive changes for the New Year? Join Chelsea for an hour of breath, movement, and release at The Studio Downtown. Chelsea specializes in adaptive yoga practices, creating opportunities for anyone to practice, regardless of yoga experience, physical injuries or limitation, or other challenges. Chelsea is a yoga therapist, yoga teacher trainer, and lifelong student of yoga. From breathwork to visualization, relaxation to flexibility (of the mind and body), you will discover a practice that will meet your unique needs and goals.

You will need to bring your own yoga mat, blocks, blankets, and any other tools needed for practice. Not a fan of floors? These practices are designed to accommodate both mat~based and chair~based students.

Beginning November 17:

Thursdays @ 10AM
