Begin your yoga journey with our 4 week Intro to Yoga series!
Practice beginner yoga, ujayii breath and guided meditation.
One of the hardest parts of starting something new is getting yourself in the door. Committing to this 4 week series will help you do that. You will practice with the same group of students each week so you'll have the added benefit of seeing familiar faces and making new friends to begin your journey with. This is a great adventure to begin with a friend or loved one!
We will be practicing sun salutations which require you to get up and down from the floor easily. We will be practicing poses such as downward dog and plank which require you to bear your body weight in your hands. If these aren't right for you, you would be better off attending a Gentle, Yin or Restorative class. No Intro needed for these classes as they are all Beginner friendly.
Series led by Johanna Epps, owner of Go Inside Yoga. Johanna has 22 years of teaching experience.

*Bring your own mat or use a studio mat.
*The studio has all the props needed.
*You may want to bring a bottle of water and a hand towel
