Swift River CrossFit’s Fall Foliage Fitness Classic is back for Year Two — and this time, it’s FAIR-THEMED to kick off Fryeburg Fair week!
Expect carnival-style challenges, community energy, and CrossFit-style grit from athletes who prove that fitness only gets better with age. Whether you're here for the podium or the prize wheel, you're in for a fun, fierce day of partner competition under the foliage.

- 70+ RX
- 70+ Scaled
- 110+ RX
- 110+ Scaled
(M/M, F/F, and M/F teams welcome in all divisions)
🎡 What to Expect:
- 3 Scored Events + 1 Floater Workout
- Fair-themed movements & surprises
- Prizes for Top 3 in each division
🏋️ Movement Standards (General Overview):
Based on CrossFit Open Masters divisions – final WODs will be released closer to the event. Movement standards will be posted along with the Competition Corner page.
