Learn to make a jelly roll rug (JRR) the easy way!
Make an oval rug measuring approximately 30” x 40” from one jelly roll (or 40 strips of your favorite fabric!
Supplies:
Sewing machine (straight stitch and zig-zag)
Extension table, if you have one
Walking foot, if you have one
Clover Fabric Tube Maker - optional
One jelly roll or 40 strips of 2 1/2” x 44” fabric mitered together to make a continuous roll of fabric.
50 yards of 21/2” batting strips. You can use your own scraps and stitch them together, or use precut rolls (available in the store)
Thread bring at least 2 spools and wind 3 bobbins to start.
Your favorite sewing notions (scissors, pins, clips, etc)
