Mommy & Me Yoga

A special class for moms and their little ones, this practice blends yoga for caregivers with playful movement for children. Strengthen, stretch, and restore while creating space to bond with your child through movement, breath, and connection. Join a welcoming community of moms and enjoy quality time together, no matter your stage of motherhood, $30 for one adult and up to 2 children.
