Teams will be cooking Chicken, Ribs, and Brisket.
Cook off Rules:
Teams can start setting up Friday after 6 p.m.
* Entry fees for chicken is $50.00.
* Entry fees for ribs is $60.00.
* Entry fees for brisket is $90.00.
**Teams must bring their own meat.**
**Ribs must be St. Louis Style.**
**teams must cook a WHOLE chicken.**
There will be a cornhole tournament starting at 6 p.m.
* Entry fees are $10/ person
* 1st place gets payout.
This year we will also allow campers but you MUST have your own power.
* Setup Friday.
Prep time will start at 6 a.m.
* Chicken turn in time is 1 p.m.
* Ribs turn in time is 2:30 p.m.
* Brisket turn in time is 4 p.m.
Rifle Raffle -$20/ticket
We will have a bounce house/water slide for the kiddos. So please bring a bathing suit and towel!
