Live Bands! 12 p.m - 3 p.m./4 p.m. - 7 p.m.
$175 Entry - All meat provided!
$25 - Optional Open Turkey Breast
Meat available for pick up starting at 4:30 a.m. the 25th.
Space set up available Friday Oct. 24th!
Competition categories:
Optional Open Turkey Breast - 3 p.m. Check In
Wings - 4 p.m. Check in
Ribs - 5 p.m. Check in
Brisket - 6 p.m. Check In
Awards at 7 p.m.
Awards for Top 3 in each category and overall
Shitmaster 💩 award - Last place team 😂
6 judges - Judging Appearance, Tenderness, Flavor and Texture
Stick Burners or pellet smokers welcome.
Greens only in boxes for presentation.
Must sign up and pay by Oct. 11th. Venmo, Cash or Check
We will need at least 8/10 teams to make this possible!

T-shirts available if enough interest. If you want one and specific size let me know. Will have the logo of the event picture which is the Smoke & Shows logo. I will post a picture of it.
Do not have to participate in Competition to come enjoy the live music and hangout. Bring your lawn chairs and favorite beverage. Anyone and everyone welcome!
Any questions or comments please let us know. This will be a first for us and if it is something which we feel like will be a good turnout we would love to make it an annual deal. This is to be a friendly fun event with good people, good music and good food!
