Wear Red Day

Join us for National Wear Red Day by wearing red to raise awareness about heart disease—the leading cause of death for women. Together, we can spark conversations, support healthy hearts, and strengthen our community, one red outfit at a time. Those who come into the YMCA of Concord wearing red on Friday, February 6 can enter a raffle to win one of the following prizes: a blood pressure cuff, Fit Bit, water bottle, and Hannaford gift card! Two winners will be chosen.
