Our fast paced world is a loud one. So be intentional with the sounds you choose to hear. Rachel of Resonant Rest provides the ultimate restful experience through the use of singing bowls & yoga nidra. Through the guidance of yoga nidra, your awareness moves deeply inward. And the sound of the bowls promotes a sense of harmony & ease by impacting your body & mind on a cellular level. Rachel will be traveling from Savannah to partner with Jeni to provide this workshop devoted to simply resting.

We begin with an hour of restorative yoga lead by Jeni. Each pose will guide you to a place of stillness. And while you are in the poses, Rachel will place & play a singing bowl on your body (only if you wish).

The direct contact with the body magnifies the healing affects of the vibrations. We end with 30 minutes of savasana, during which Rachel will guide you through a yoga nidra meditation & play the bowls. Leaving you feeling rested and a sense of inner stillness.

Dress comfortably in layers. Bring a yoga mat, blanket, pillow & socks.
