Memory Cafe

Thanks to the Lawson Charitable Foundation, we are offering a free monthly gathering for people living with dementia and their caregivers. Our next Memory Cafe is Friday, September 19th, from 11:00-12:00 at our Nature Center located at 80 Beharrell St. in Concord, MA.

This program is an opportunity to connect with others and enjoy tea, coffee, cookies, and a seasonal exploration in nature with our nature and elder specialist. Drop-ins welcome!
