Learn about sleep and play bingo

It's bingo night! First, Dr. Hannah Peach from the University of North Carolina in Charlotte will talk about how sleep impacts you and give you ideas to get good sleep. Then we'll play bingo for a chance to win prizes. This is open and free to anyone, and is a part of our self-care support programming.
