Heated Stretch: Partner Edition

Grab your bestie, boo, or favorite partner-in-crime for our playful Heated Stretch: Partner Edition!

We’ll ease into things with a feel-good series of held poses and deep stretches that encourage our bodies to get melty and mobile in the 85-degree heat. We'll then build to a mid-class flow designed for two—think gentle, coordinated movement, shared balance challenges, and lots of “we’ve got this!” moments—before easing back into grounded, partner-assisted stretches to finish class.

You’ll be hands-on and working together, but the vibe is friendly, upbeat, and totally non-romantic. All levels welcome; no experience needed, just a willingness to stretch, support, and maybe laugh a little along the way.
