Gratitude Sound Bath & Meditation with Optional Reiki

Sink into stillness while surrounded by calm and the soothing sounds of Donna's crystal Tibetan sound bowls, chimes, and drums.

To further help open your heart to the quiet beauty of gratitude, Sarah will lead a guided meditation to support release, balance, and renewal. Optional Reiki is offered for those who wish to receive an added layer of energetic healing.

As the sounds weave their golden threads, may you feel yourself grounded, glowing, and overflowing with thankfulness for all that is and all that’s yet to come.

We recommend you dress warm and cozy to best feel at ease - you can even bring your favorite blanket or pillow. We do also have blankets, lavender eye masks, and yoga bolsters on a first-come basis.
