Join us at Premier Martial Arts Concord for our Free Bully Proof Workshop! These events are for kids and youth to better prepare them for situations we hope they never face, but likely will ... bullies. Our knowledgeable instructors will guide your child through an action-packed session focused on situational awareness, how to use their voice, and how to use physical techniques when facing a serious threat to their safety. They will LOVE it!
This event is totally free, and no equipment is needed. Simply wear comfortable fitness clothes (shorts and a t-shirt), and prepare to have fun. We'll be ready to answer any questions you have about our awesome program. The class for 5-8 year olds will run from 10:00 a.m. - 11:00 a.m. and the class for 9-13 year olds will run from 11:30 a.m. - 12:30 p.m.
