Fall Sound Bath & Meditation with Optional Reiki

Join Sarah and Donna as we welcome the arrival of fall the season of letting go.

This soothing experience combines the healing vibrations of sound provided by Donna's crystal Tibetan sound bowls, chimes, and drums. To further lull you into a state of utter relaxation and release, we are adding guided meditation to support release, balance, and renewal. Optional Reiki is offered for those who wish to receive an added layer of energetic healing.

Step into stillness, surrender what no longer serves you, and create space for what’s to come!

We recommend you dress warm and cozy to best feel at ease - you can even bring your favorite blanket or pillow! We do also have blankets, lavender eye masks, and yoga bolsters on a first-come basis.
