E.V.A. MTB Ride - Cliff Cave

Come join E.V.A. STL for a Sunday morning therapy ride at Cliff Cave County Park. Meet at the main entrance in the upper parking lot. Wheels roll at 8:00 am.

What to expect:
Cliff Cave is widely known for its flow and excellent rock garden. Expect modest/minimal elevation gain and somewhere between 6-12 miles through the loops depending on time and group feeling.

Cliff Cave is very much a beginner friendly trail system for newer riders, but provides enough fun tech and small jumps to entertain riders of all skill levels. Perfect choice for learning to ride, picking up fitness miles, or a casual group ride.
