It’s a weekend of holiday festivities in Concord Center!
Saturday, the focus is holiday shopping as the neighborhood is sparkling with holiday music, festive storefronts, and warm community spirit—making Jingle and Mingle the perfect way to celebrate the season while supporting local businesses.
Be sure to return the following day, Sunday, December 7, for the annual Concord Tree Lighting, a community celebration presented by Concord Recreation Department.
Throughout the day on Saturday, Concord Center will be alive with music, art, and holiday spirit:
The Umbrella Arts Center Winter Market runs all weekend long, featuring hand-crafted gifts and artwork from regional artisans.
Stop by the Colonial Inn to see the display of decorative Gingerbread Houses created by local businesses and schools.
Hot chocolate and cookies will be served on the patio.
Concord Free Public Library hosts its Annual Holiday Book Sale from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
The Concord Museum’s Holiday House Tour invites ticket holders to visit six beautifully decorated homes across Concord.
The 1780 House welcomes visitors for a special Open House.
The Concord Orchestra performs at 8:00 PM at the 51 Walden Performing Arts Center, a perfect way to end the day on a high note.
Families won’t want to miss the “Decorate Your Own Gingerbread” event at Concord Market—a ticketed activity perfect for kids and families.
The daily 75-minute walking tour of Concord Center is a ticketed activity and a great way to learn about local history of the neighborhood.
Stop by the Concord Visitor Center for a candy cane giveaway and browse select Concord souvenirs in the gift shop, including their “Gift of Concord History” packages.
Enjoy gift wrapping services and participate in the gift card drop-off program to support community needs.
Toys for Tots drop-off locations are at Concord Market and the Colonial Inn. Bring your new, unwrapped toys from November 14 through December 12.
Jingle and Mingle in Concord Center is presented by the Town of Concord in partnership with the Concord Chamber of Commerce. Programming is supported by the Concord Cultural Council and the Mass Cultural Council as part of the Concord Center Cultural District program—celebrating local arts, culture, and community spirit.
