Whether you’re brand new to ballet or returning after years away, this class offers a supportive and accessible introduction to ballet fundamentals. We’ll focus on body awareness and classical technique to support posture, balance, coordination, and expressive presence. Expect a mix of barre and center work to help build strength and mobility, while encouraging grace and confidence in movement. No previous dance experience is required—just curiosity and a willingness to explore!
