Through creative arts, movement, and the IFS approach, we’ll get curious about the different parts of us...what they long for, what they protect, and what they long for.In a setting held by nature, we’ll soften the usual pace, welcome imagination and sensation, and make space for the quieter voices within.This weekend is about resourcing yourself...rekindling joy, purpose, and a sense of inner belonging.
