When we’re babies, we bounce to the music, make silly moves, and everyone cheers us on. Somewhere along the way, that changes. We start holding back, hiding our “signature moves” because suddenly they feel cringe.
Wrong. That’s exactly where the joy and your unique flavour live.
In Flavour Sessions, we’ll play with 4 fiery rhythms inside a fun, supportive container. Expect to sweat, laugh, learn a dance combo, explore some basics to add to your repertoire, and—most importantly—get tools to move past the cringe and reconnect with your own flow.
This is a 4-part dance series. Each volume explores a different style—so you can experiment, loosen up, and discover your unique flavour of movement:

Hey y’all! I’m Nat—mover, dance aficionada, graphic designer, and curious artist. Dance is my first language, my medicine, and the way I translate my inner world into funky, playful movement.
I’ve spent years learning from incredible teachers in street styles and Latin rhythms, while also exploring the quiet wisdom of listening to the body. Over time, I’ve realized that while we learn from each other, the real magic happens when we dare to be authentic—when we unlock our own flavour, rhythm, and groove.
In these sessions, I bring the passion carried in my Colombian bones, the wisdom of music as the true teacher, and a love for creating fun combos that are both soulful and silly.
My goal? To help you unlock not just “moves,” but your own funky combo. Because believe me—you already have one. This space is for curiosity, play, and finding joy in your unique dance print.
