We will gather on Wednesdays to jump, laugh and connect.

During House - Beginners series, where we’ll explore the fundamentals of house dance, its history, and musicality. This expressive rhythm is rooted in liberation, play, and creativity. A space to move, explore, and reconnect with joy in your body. 💃🏽🕺🏽👽

Expect to sweat, play, and practice fun exercises that gently guide you into the world of house dance, step by step.

We honour the music as a teacher and your body as a guide. Come as you are — curious, tired, excited, or all of it at once.
