A Western Noir wine dinner built as a curated journey through wine and food — inspired by the romance of the railroad, candlelit tables, and nights that move a little slower.

Expect thoughtful pairings, dark and expressive wines, and an intimate evening designed to unfold course by course. This is not a tasting — it’s an experience meant to be shared.
