Vibes 101

Join us for an empowering and evidence-based vibrator workshop led by Dr. Kelly Bigler, pelvic floor physical therapist. This educational session explores how vibrators can be used to support pelvic health, enhance body awareness, reduce pain, and improve sexual wellness.
You’ll learn about the anatomy and function of the pelvic floor, common concerns such as pain with penetration or difficulty achieving orgasm, and how therapeutic vibration can be incorporated safely and effectively into self-care routines. With a focus on inclusivity, anatomy education, and practical guidance, this workshop creates a supportive space to ask questions, explore options, and gain confidence in caring for your pelvic health. No prior experience is necessary—just curiosity and a desire to better understand your body!
