The Nine Dristhi- A 9 Week Series on Focus

Nine Drishti is a focused mindfulness series facilitated by Adam Lawson. Across nine weeks, you’ll learn to steady your attention, transform distraction, and rekindle creativity using classical gaze points (drishti), breathwork, accessible movement, and guided journaling. Each session blends teaching, practice, and reflection—rooting down through the feet, lighting the navel’s inner fire, widening peripheral awareness, strengthening the hands’ integrity, refining single-point focus at the nose tip, awakening intuitive third-eye insight, and lifting your gaze upward. You’ll leave with a personalized daily practice, a clear sense of what drains vs. fuels you, and a practical plan to stay productive even when you don’t feel “inspired.”
