Join us for this interactive workshop for leaders where we will explore all the ways that leaders set the tone for their organization. Whether you are leading a corporation, school, classroom or family, the most important element to realize is the leader sets the tone.

If the leader is stressed out and frazzled, the tone will be set as “chaotic.” But if the leader feels calm and confident, the tone will be set as calm.

Many leaders don’t realize that they have this ability to set the climate of their organization. If they are feeling stressed, they may be frustrated and get angry about the chaos within their team.

This workshop will help you understand the core elements of emotional intelligence so that you are empowered to set the right tone as a leader. Topics we will discuss are:

• Self-Awareness: Understanding your own thoughts, emotions, strengths and blind spots.
• Self-Regulation: Understanding your own stress response and how you can learn to respond rather than react.
• Creating Connection vs. Control: Understanding how to create a culture of empowerment through connective relationships rather than a system of micromanagement.
