In this course, you'll explore the full spectrum of soups, with each class focusing on a different category:
October 16 – Cream Soups: Discover the luxurious textures of Cream of Mushroom, Cream of Broccoli with Cheese, Butternut Squash Bisque, and Cream of Chicken Florentine.
You will prepare these delicious soups and learn about their nutritional benefits, different methods of preparation, and best practices for preserving and storing your creations.
