On Saturday, September 27th, step into a two-hour sanctuary at Art of Yoga where sound and stillness weave together. This evening begins with the sacred Lord Ganesha Beej Mantra, followed by grounding meditation, pranayama, and gentle asana — each accompanied by the enchanting strings of Sara Burden’s live harp.

You’ll then be guided into a 50-minute Yoga Nidra meditation, a practice of conscious rest that unlocks deep healing, clarity, and renewal. To complete the evening, Brock and Sara will join forces in a transcendent sound bath, blending crystal singing bowls with the harp’s celestial tones.
